Announcing SignServer Community Edition 7.1

We are excited to announce the release of SignServer Community Edition 7.1!
This update introduces support for NIST-approved quantum-safe algorithms ML-DSA (FIPS 204) and SLH-DSA (FIPS 205), marking a major milestone in post-quantum cryptography.
We have also upgraded to Bouncy Castle 1.79 for enhanced security and compatibility.
